It’s a real pleasure to welcome you all as the parents and carers of our newest pupils—your wonderful children who will be starting Reception with us this September 2025.

Starting school is a significant milestone—not just for your children, but for you as families as well. It marks the beginning of an exciting journey of discovery, growth, and learning. We’re honoured that you’ve chosen our school to play such an important role in that journey.

First and foremost, let me reassure you: we understand that this transition can bring with it a mixture of emotions—excitement, nervousness, curiosity, and many questions. That’s perfectly natural. Our role is to make this start as smooth, happy, and positive as possible—for your child, and for you. We’re here to work in partnership with you, to build strong, trusting relationships, and to ensure your child feels safe, valued, and inspired every single day.

Our Reception team is experienced, nurturing, and passionate about early years education. They are ready to welcome your children into a space filled with creativity, kindness, and opportunity—a place where each child is encouraged to be themselves, to explore, to ask questions, and to grow in confidence.

Over the coming months, we’ll be sharing more about our curriculum, daily routines, and how we’ll support your child’s development—academically, socially, and emotionally. You’ll also have opportunities to ask questions, visit the classroom, and get to know the people who’ll be working closely with your child.

We truly believe that a successful start to school lays the foundation for a love of learning that lasts a lifetime. We’re excited to begin that journey with you.
