From September 2023, we were aiming to get all Breakfast and WASP Club sessions being booked through ParentPay, which would give more flexibility from week to week/term to term.  

At the moment, the only way to book sessions is to pay at the time of booking. If you normally pay by ParentPay and are able to do this, please feel free to use the system in the way it is intended. We will be able to access registers from these bookings. 

However, If you pay by approved childcare vouchers or by the Governments Tax Free Childcare scheme you will not be able to book using ParentPay.

For Breakfast Club -  please just turn up and use as adhoc until we sort the issue out. 

For WASP Club -  Please email us at wasp@wwb.lancs.sch.uk as soon as possible with your chilcare needs. This will allow us to make a manual register and ensure your child is collected by us on the correct days until we can resolve the booking problems.

If you are unsure or worried at all regarding your childs sessions in the first week back, please drop us an email (even if you've booked via ParentPay) and we will ensure your child is allocated the session you require to allow us time to resolve the issues we are having and give you peace of mind. 

Although Mrs Pallister and I are not in school daily we will be monitoring emails.
